Some activities (such as making a business trip) requires the same actions every time. I wanted to keep a text file for such actions, so that I could paste it into Quick Add to quickly create them. Here is a sample text file: Travel to SomePlace .Make travel request|Office|N .Establish itinerary|Office|F .Order tickets|Office|F .Make travel claim|Office|F
The problem is that every action must be unique, if you try this two times in a row (for different values of SomePlace), the quick add will fail for all actions the second time around, because the actions already exist. What would be the best way to handle this situation?
