I'd like to echo Jonathan (#1)'s thoughts. I think of "contexts" as
location/type of location at which one is working - "realm" as 'type of
project' or - "hat I wear for this type of project"

In my case -

- parent/husband/household tech support department

- attorney for *pro bono *clients

- consultant to different types of nonprofits

- blogger/journalist

- disaster/public health risk assessment researcher

- local civic project work(er)

Not that I've mastered GTD or GTW-TW or D3 - but I'd like to be able to put
various sets of things on/off the table easily. Maybe I should do it with
tags.

Having said all that - I speak from a position of relevant ignorance and
lack of expertise.
