That's strange. I don't know why you'd be getting that. Perhaps ask on the TiddlyWiki google group, someone may have come across it before.
Otherwise, try a fresh new empty (right click save http://monkeygtd.tiddlyspot.com/empty.html ) and import your projects and actions into it.
