Hi Josh,

I use MonkeyGTD to manage my notes and ideas along with Projects. Most
helping plugin I have installed for Research is FileDropPlugin. Just
drag and drop files (pdf, zip, doc, etc ...) and a link to file will
be created directly in mGTD. Later i can add related notes and
reference these links in tiddlers. Best thing is that i can attach
these notes to projects as well. This allows me to search through all
my notes from one location and related pdf/zip is just a click away
from the note.

I hope it help.

Regards,
Mecha.

How To:
1. Import following tiddlers from: http://www.tiddlytools.com/

        * AttachFileMIMETypes
        * AttachFilePlugin
        * AttachFilePluginFormatters
        * FileDropPlugin

2. Save and reload MonkeyGTD.

Note: This should get you started, you can add your own files
extensions working by editing AttachFileMIMETypes tiddler.
