Update.

I got this to work after I upgraded to the latest version of jre.
Then everything worked just as Elizabeth said.  Simply copying the
TiddlySaver.jar here:  C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\ext  worked for
me.  The tiddlywiki itself and another copy of TiddlySaver.jar can sit
in a directory somewhere else.
