Save-as doesn't work for TiddlyWikis. If that's your only remaining copy, get a fresh new mGSD, and open it and your old one in a text editor. You will be able to see your tiddler data; if you're a little familiar with XML or HTML, you might be able to copy that block from one TW to the other.
