Addendum: TW said the backups were saved and a new file appeared in
the backup folder with the right time/date stamp -- but it didn't
contain any of my latest changes. So the backup isn't working either.
Same deal with IE8. All of this is happening with my brand new Windows
7 install so maybe it's that.

BTW, I think this is a TW issue -- not a mGSD issue.
