I agree. The complete GTD is collect, process, organize, review, do. I
actually think Simon's creation would work pretty well as a
collection, but he seems to think it comes in at the processing stage
(and that's of course his prerogative). GTD also warns against having
too many inboxes so Simon may have a point.

I too need a place to stuff the stuff that I run across or think of
while I'm processing. So I've created project called Stuff and made it
the first default tiddler. The next actions there are actually
unprocessed stuff and so far I've been clearing it out regularly. Not
an ideal solution, but so far, so good.
