In my dGSD (fork of mGSD), I've included plugins for WebDav saving as well 
as saving to a server which has a special PHP script on it ... it's how I 
get around Firefox's latest nonsense. Another option is to use Chrome for 
your day-to-day browsing, and run Portable Firefox 14 specifically for TW's.

There are a ton of other enhancements in dGSD too... if you haven't caught 
any of the announcements here, it's a really huge set of updates to mGSD.
