Targeting to 0.3 as it would be bad for user experience to have many
warnings when launching from cli.

 First, if you're running trunk, you may have seen some syntax warning when 
launching GTG, this fixes two of them.
 Second, we had an incorrect test in rtm_backend : 
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~gtg-user/gtg/fix_asserts/revision/889
 As you can see there, the assert wasn't checking that there was only one 
element, it was checking that they were at least one element. (See the comment.)

 Rev 889 and 888 are the important ones.
