Creating a task in the task editor should support the quickadd syntax

Bug description:
We should be able to use the quickadd syntax when we create a new task in the
task editor. We should be able tu type someting like :
- Make some cookies tags:kitchen due:soon
so the quickadd syntax handler should be move into the task constructor. That
will permit to use this syntax every where in the application and even in
external ones.
