Hi, It's still not 100% clear for me as for the coding requirement in GSoC. But since this proposal could easily be assimilated to a documentation work, it will probably fall out of the scope of GSoC [1].
Thus, I rewrote the proposal to include a coding work. The project is now focused only on the task browser, but requires to implement a (working) prototype that could act as a base for a future implementation. The rewriten proposal is hosted on the wiki [2]. I've also added it the proposal to Gnome Summer of Code Ideas list [3]. If you have comments, don't hesitate!
