Nice post Lionel!
What about instead of making it easy make it more difficult to find
proposed ideas? Instead of listing ideas on SoC wiki, we would post a
general announcement like "Do you want to work on an idea for GTG? Come
with your idea or come to discuss possible ideas on our IRC/mailing
list." It would mean to get rid of many people (I don't know what they
want to do this summer) and to increase overhead on IRC / mailing list.
What do you say? What could we do the next year to avoid problems in
Lionel's post?
