Fixed in rev. 322

The bug was due to a misunderstanding and had also impact on the tag
tree.

The problem was that, in the requester, we use the term "workable task"
for a task with non pending children. Workable, in the requester,
doesn't care about the starting date.

But, in the tagtree and tasktree, workable was used as a synonym of
"workview", thus the bug happened.
