I cannot reproduce this issue anymore. It looks like it was fixed by
bertrand's refactoring.
If you can reproduce this issue in the latest trunk, please reopen this
bug and add the steps to reproduce. Thanks.

Bug description:
I don't know exactly when/why, but I notice the main window's scrollbar jumping
up and down all the time when I enter a lot of tasks with subtasks in a frenzy
