I'll better specify: we could consider tags as a word that begins with @
and contain at least one letter or number. an email does not satisfy
that.

The " contain at least one letter or number" is due to the fact, as
Bryce pointed out, that @@ should not be consider a tag as it's used in
diff markup language.

- Check that the name of the new task contains @bug
- Even if the @bug is added to the task (see in the task editor)
