Heh, "Start at" was the original text used for this feature.  IIRC
because the menu included a "Today" option, it was felt "Start at"
wasn't the best title for the context menu.

However, conceptually "Start at" does seem a bit clearer (the field is
called the "start date" for instance).  If it makes translation easier,
that's an added plus.

Bug description:
It would be useful when there is a button (and a keyboard shortcut) for 
postpone task -> move task due date in one day. It is implemented in the 
Remeber the Milk and is quite useful. It is combined with bug/feature #538693. 
With this button one can focus on the task completion with the date workflow in 
view
