Micah, if you click the icon, it gives you the option to "View Main
Window" which seems to work for me. Am I missing what you are getting
at?

Binary package hint: gtg
This is a regression from previous functionality in Karmic (don't remember if
it was in the official package though). Before, I could click on the
notification icon and the main window popped up. Now I have to click and go
down to select 'View Main Window'
