Bug description:
Using trunk revision 712.
Adding a tag to a task causes lots of bogus tags to be created. The tag pane
seems to update with a new tag for every character that is typed after the '@'.
Typing @complete within a task gets me the following tags in the tag pane:
c
co
com
comp
compl
comple
complet
complete
Of course, only the last one is legitimate.
I have to restart the application to remove the other items from view.
