Bug description:
Using UNR 9.10 on an Acer netbook.
Sometimes when creating a new task, the popup window to edit the task flashes
up and auto closes. Right clicking the task in the main window and choosing
edit does not bring up a new window to edit the task.
Once this happens, GTG seems to stop functioning properly. Closing out GTG and
restarting it allows for normal editing and deletion/creation of tasks. Have
not been able to intentionally duplicate as of yet, seems random.
