This was introduced by a Luca on crack :-)
In fact, at each update, the tag was removed then re-added (loosing the
selection). There was a comment of Luca saying : "maybe we should call
the modified signal instead". Indeed, we should ;-)

Bug description:
1) select a tag in the sidebar
2) add a task using the quickadd and finishing by enter. the task is created
with the selected tag.
3) without moving the mouse, add a second task by typing and hitting enter
4) that second task doesn't have the tag. It should.
