As for organizing, I usually postpone the start date for anything that I can't or won't be doing today. EXPECTED BEHAVIOR GTG's panel applet list will have a colored icon next to each task, indicating its tag, at the very least. It might be nice if there was a way to only have certain tasks listed in the panel applet, though.
