E.g. in /usr/include/gtk-2.0/gdk/gdkkeysyms.h (w/o the GDK_ prefix). They match X11 key names /usr/X11R6/include/X11/keysymdef.h (w/o the XK_ prefix). There may be some more user-friendly form of the list somewhere, but I've never needed it.
