I got glade working and the examples in GTK work (including the rotating pixmap example) I am actually running under VMWare, but I don't think that makes any difference ... actually, it helps making sure you've got a clean OS. I'm now compiling gtkmm Wait, I actually used the development installer, maybe you should give it a try: gtk-dev-2.12.9-win32-2.exe. In any case, you should try uninstalling first all the failed attempts, IMHO.
