Use distrowatch. It lists the packaged version of Gtk+ for every
version of the distribtion. E.g. for Fedora:
http://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=fedora
and see the row labelled gtk+. Distros that do not package Gtk+ at all
are very rare (mosty those not including any GUI whatsoever).
