Thank you for your testing. The problem seems related to every drawing operation (even opening and closing a menu), I posted a test-case regarding a "animation-like" thing since this way is more evident. Also, when the window is reduced to icon, the memory is freed. There is no leak with 2.16.6 and 2.22.1.
