Hi Colomban, I'm pretty sure I met that very same issue the last time I built gobject-introspection (1.48.something). The official doc [1] says it is still python2 based, so I supposed things did not change. Anyway, at least according to meson.build [2], python 3 is now supported, so I stand corrected.
