Gnutella offers some really nice search features.  We could create a shared server to 
share files but we use gnutella already.  The idea is to authorize ip's to have 
priority on your server.  This would allow us to continue to use an interface we are 
familiar with and works well while getting files from each others machines.  I made 
some changes to uplaods.c that I think will check a whitelisted IP and allow the 
upload even if all slots are full.  I havne't been able to test it really.  It would 
also be nice if you could get a list of shares available from another gtk-gnutella 
node.  I have heard edonkey has implemented something like that though I have never 
seen it.  Just some ideas.
