It would be nice if there was an option that caused gtkg to count only active downloads against the Max. Simul. Downloads. We should then also have an option to either allow more downloads than the Max. Simul. Downloads setting if they result from queued downloads or to drop downloads which were started while queued downloads caused the download count to reach the maximum.
