Nope, that isn't the one. I got a segfault. No assertion. But the
assertion failure you get is also wrong :-).

Can you please change line 2079, uploads.c:

        parq_upload_busy(u);

into:

        if (!head_only)
                parq_upload_busy(u);

It should at least fix your assertion.
