Are you running a clean CVS version? As this is starting to look like a
memory corruption problem again to me :-sI look get into it as soon as I get home. 
Perhaps the length assertion is
related to this one. But I hardly can imagine you really ran out of queue
slots (or you must be sharing a lot of popular large and rare files).
Please provide me with a full backtrace...
