If you can reproduce that, could you try to run gtk-gnutella with
MALLOC_OPTIONS="A"? See malloc(3) for details. This should show
which call to free() produces the warnings above.

Yes, that's "normal" because it's an opaque data type, CMIIW. You
can see more if you cast it to GtkListStore *.
