One common pattern in all your failures is that there is a "Nothing more to get" status, and that triggers the bug. Indeed, when the above happens, the file is queued for verification. The problem you see is that there are assertions that will make sure the file was not already being verified, and that normally when a SHA1 is checked, all the downloads for that fileinfo are supposed to be stopped. Unless... (idea!), unless a new download is created from a query hit. Let me check the code... No, wrong track. We detect those and suspend the download that was created when this happens.
