Partially.

There is now the infamous Configure script in CVS (note the capital 'C').
Also, all the sources build for GTK1 and GTK2.

BUT...

There is not support for things like ICU, or I18N.  Those will have to
be added at a later time.  It's not like gettext and friends are prepared
to natively support metaconfig. :-(

If you want to play with metaconfig, you have to know that it is an old
package.  If you have perl 5.8.0, it will not work: it requires small source
code modifications to run.  Also, on Linux, /lib/cpp does some things that
jmake is not expecting.  I had to patch my jmake (actually fixcpp) to
add the -traditional switch to cpp.  This is something that will be fixed
when I release a new version of "dist".

So currently, I'm probably the only one who can regenerate the Makefile.SH
files from their Jmakefiles...

HOWEVER...

It compiles now.  If it does not compile for you, let me know.
