First, if nobody else can handle the Gtk2 front-end, and you'll willing to 
allow it to be up to a week behind the Gtk1 front-end, I can take care of it. 
I know glade-2 reasonably well, and I use the Gtk2 client every day. 

By the way, I don't know about the packages for any other distros, but for 
Mandrake Cooker users, the standard gtk-g package uses the Gtk2 build, and 
when 9.2 comes out (it's on beta 1 right now), the standard package for all 
users will be Gtk2. Which means a pretty large test pool.

Yes, it is. However, it's relatively recent computer jargon, so you won't find 
it in whichever dictionary you're probably using with dict.

The definition would probably look something like this:

1. A process that acts as a server and client simultaneously on the same 
network (especially in peer-to-peer file transfer and chat applications).
