Although nicely corrected by ram (Manfredi), it still crashes, because node_ultra_count is not incremented when node_is_now_connected is called before node_bye is. Right after calling node_bye, it is incremented in the code. So, simply moving that code range before calling node_bye is enough. That's what I've done and posted to SF Patches. Hope this helps.
