If you're running GTKG 0.93, please consider upgrading to 0.94u in CVS
immediately (the version marked 09/12/2003).

There was an important query hit parsing bug that caused GTKG to drop
legitimate query hits that had a classic HUGE URN attached to a file
followed by a GGEP extension. The symptom of this was a BYE message
being sent with "Security Violation".

The problem manifested itself with GTKG <-> GTKG connections mainly,
but it can possibly affect any connection -- it's just that GTKG was
sending the particular combination that caused problems quite often.

Note that what GTKG generates is perfectly valid, it's just the parsing
of the message that was wrong and was spotting a non-existent error.

Thanks,
Raphael

P.S: I will issue a 0.93.1 bugfixing release this week-end, if I can.
