I'm not a developer either but to save them a little time I had a look.
Looking at this makes me realize that using the sourceforge bug tracker
for every bug would be a good thing, even if you also post a pointer to it
in -devel. Maybe Mike could forward a summary to the maintainer after the
devs make any comments.

Important bugs:

#199412 (Floating Point Exception right after startup) seems to have made
#it upstream to gtk-gnutella-0.93/debian/rules and maybe also fixed as bug
#609253?

#223180 (Assertion failure: downloads.c:6381) fixed as bug 756690 (sf bug
#tracker)

#223885 (another assertion failure) ** ERROR **: file downloads.c: line
#3567 (download_write_data): assertion failed: (s->pos > 0) Sounds
#familiar but I couldn't find it - Jeroen or Raphael will know.

Normal bugs:

#216636 (You seem to have left another gtk-gnutella running (pid = 787))
#Not a bug - see bug 692463

#205196 fixed as bug 770625 - Purge button was moved to the left so it
#didn't get pushed off the gui.

#200667 fixed as bug 757276

#200651 duplicate of #223180 fixed as bug 756690

#182953 (update to bug #171848 (may warrant status change)) Not a bug -
#versions are banned for a reason. See
#http://gtk-gnutella.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=faq#gnet5

#182665 (Assumes Proxy by default) fixed long ago (pre 0.92b?) I guess,
#since I've never seen it.

#166705 (Moves and expands downloads to /tmp/) Default is now $HOME but
#downloads go to the download directory that was configured when the
#download started - if you change the dl dir only new downloads will go
#there - but that's not a bug, I guess?

#131166 see #199412

#111379 (jumps to the end of result list on updates) That's a gtk+ bug,
#not a gtk-gnutella bug isn't it?

There's some even older stuff but it's just silly since they were fixed
long before 0.92.

Minor bugs:

#166635 (superflous NEWS file) No longer in 0.93.
