I've looked in the public IRC log and I now remember you said something like "soon" a couple of times. However, IRC isn't very reliable, there a netsplits and it's not like I read the logs to check whether I've missed anything. I handle my mails with care and answer at an appropriate time, I can't and won't do so for every single line on IRC. Although asking whether anyone would object and saying that you will actually release it at day x isn't really the same. > No, I won't stop branching. Alright. I myself won't backport anything. I have time but I have no time for that. BTW, I'd highly appreciate if you provided a checksum and if possible a signature. No matter whether anyone can verify the owner of the key, a signature is always better than a checksum alone. -- Christian
