If you mean the overrides, I gathered them myself over a while, based
on accesses to some forums I run with a geo-ip mod of mine.

These were then verified/tested using a combination of the radb database
(whois -h whos.radb.net), the standard arin database, and some traceroutes.

If you mean about "AOL addresses marked as being US", it says so on the
geoip website:
