This warning comes from Gtk+ not Gtk-Gnutella itself. It seems you have or had installed a Gtk+ theme engine called "galaxy" and it cannot be found any longer. Do you have any ~/.gtkrc-2.0* files or some GTK_* enviroment variables set? I assume some window managers, desktop environments or whatever modifies the default Gtk+ configuration.
