Sorry but I wasted dozens maybe hundreds of hours reverting wiki spam.
I've asked LimeWire - also publically - to restrict edits to registered
users for this wiki. This was several months ago and they proved be
incapable of doing this. Meanwhile they have seemingly and silently
abandoned this wiki and instead they are maintaining their own LimeWire
wiki.

It's encoded as variable length integer. This is just little-endian with
unnecessary upper bits discarded. The length of the GGEP block tells
you the amount of bytes in it.

There are virtually no working GWebCaches anymore. A few GWebCaches,
even if working fine, are really no good and it's an incredible waste
of resources.

You have used guppy before, don't you? The -c switch sends a UHC
ping. As you can see, Gtk-Gnutella supports it just fine.

Without looking probably src/core/pcache.c. Just grep for the GGEP
extension IDs and see how and where they are used.
