It's great to see you pick up on the manual. I never found inspiration
again after adding in the first parts, so I'm glad to see someone else
adding to it.

As Christian mentioned DocBook makes it easy to generate different kinds
of output, and it is also semantically suited for a book or manual. I'd
rather not use HTML because the HTML markup does not carry those
semantics. Obviously we should still provide a HTML version on the
website, but that can be generated from the DocBook source.

I'll try to have a look at the content later today.
