Cool, some of the example BearShare IP addresses (that you sent to me in 
the other mail) worked. I now seem to have bootstrapped a more balanced 
host cache.

Of course, this doesn't solve the deeper problems that Christian already 
pointed out, but at least my network perspective is no longer 
unnecessarily biased.
