Yes, this action is not implemented for host browsing.

They are not disabled because handling of selections is rather slow
with Gtk+ and whenever you can select multiple items an action may
only be applyable to subset of those. So this kind of indication has
its limits anyway.

Yes, it seems such items are sometimes falsely reported as "waiting" or
"downloading" even though they are already finished.
