This is not the way it works: by running gtk-gnutella a long time, you'll
eventually become part of other client's hostcache and you will get
incoming connections.

When bootstrapping, what matter is getting outbound connections and that
is assurred by the global host caches.  Once you have bootstrapped though,
and know hosts in your own hostcache, you won't need to rely on the global
host caches.
