I've tracked and fixed grave query routing bugs, which were causing
gtk-gnutella to send each query twice on the same connection.

Although these bugs were present in 0.96.9, the code path was not the
same and the effect was not as bad as it was in recent SVNs, where
basically no two gtk-gnutella connections could be maintained for a long
time (one ultimately and quickly complaining about the high percentage
of relayed duplicates).

Hence the need for a second release candidate and an extra period of
testing time necessary before releasing 0.97.

I've also witnessed an "hostile peer" sanction against a friendly GTKG
peer, resulting in a BYE being issued. There is probably something too
harsh in the dynamic hostile detection and this will need to be fixed
before the release anyway.

The current Estimated Release Time is July 10th, 3 weeks from now.

Meanwhile, I wish you a happy testing!

Raphael

P.S: Don't forget to send me your translations. I'm going to update the
FR translation, the NL was already taken care of. I know the PL one is
being worked on, but I have no news on the other ones. If you are working
on a translation, please drop me a note to avoid two people concurrently
updating the same language.
