Works in Gtk 2 as well, just means you have to learn Gtk 2's somewhat more
cryptic gtkrc theme format to specify your rebinding set. (Not that CSS
can't be cryptic at times...but at least it's more widely known.) Like
Emmanuele Said, this functionality is quite old.
