it is about which version of GTK??to compile Gtk+3( v > 3.6.4 ) on windows you
have to be an expert...it is not easythere are some many problems with
dependencies library Glib for example is complicatedto compile...On Linux it
easy but on Windows that is another problem

The GTK project itself doesn't release binaries for any platform. GTK can be
built on windows x64 platforms already. It sounds as if you are looking for
binary packages. If so, you should state this. Most software development
projects that use GTK on windows or OS X include GTK with their software for
distribution, which typically means that you will be building GTK yourself.
