I'm writing an application with a top level window that brings up
several dialog windows.
However, if the dialogs are displayed and I exit at the toplevel
window, destroying
the toplevel window, the sub dialogs stick around. I've tried
setting the dialog::parent
to the toplevel but to no avail. How do attach sub dialogs to
the top level so if the
top level dialog is destroyed, all of its children are destroyed.
